Zapsell offers web development, SaaS development, WordPress development and customization, hosting, and ongoing support on a subscription basis. The specific scope of services is outlined in your individual agreement or subscription plan.

3. Subscription and Payment

  • Our services are provided on a monthly subscription basis.

  • Prices and included services are listed on our website or in your individual offer.

  • Payment is due at the beginning of each billing period, unless otherwise agreed.

  • All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide all necessary information, content, and access required for us to deliver the services.

  • You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all materials you provide.

  • You must not use our services for any unlawful or prohibited activities.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Pre-existing tools, frameworks, or third-party components remain the property of their respective owners.

  • Zapsell reserves the right to showcase completed projects as part of our portfolio, unless you request otherwise in writing.

6. Support and Maintenance

  • Ongoing support and updates are included as specified in your subscription.

  • Support is provided via email, WhatsApp, or our contact form during regular business hours.

  • Emergency support or additional services may be subject to separate fees.

7. Termination

  • Zapsell reserves the right to terminate the agreement for cause, including non-payment or misuse of services.

8. Liability

  • Zapsell is liable only for damages caused by gross negligence or intent.

  • We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss.

  • The total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.

9. Data Protection

  • We treat your data confidentially and in accordance with Swiss data protection laws.

  • You are responsible for the legality of all data and content you provide.

10. Final Provisions

  • Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Zürich, Switzerland.

  • If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via our website.
